Assalamu Alaikum,
A family with small children in Kaédi, Mauritania is living in very difficult conditions without proper protection from the extreme heat. Temperatures of 45°C during the day are normal there, and the family is forced to spend much of the day under a tree because their current shelter cannot protect them from the sun.
The rainy season is also starting soon, which makes the situation even more urgent.
We are trying to gather donations to build a simple but suitable covered place for the family, something that can protect them from heat, rain, and difficult living conditions.
