🌱 1. Planting a tree: a sadaqah
According to Anas ibn Mâlik رضي الله عنه, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"Every Muslim who plants a tree or sows a seed, and then a bird, a human being or an animal eats from it, it is counted for him as charity."
(Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
🌴 2. Planting, even at the last hour
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"If the Hour comes while one of you is holding a young palm tree in his hand, if he can plant it before it comes, let him do so."
(Reported by Ahmad)
