The camp (Al Ouroub) is home to 11,000 inhabitants.
It is located on the road linking Al-Quodos to El-Khalil (Hebron). It often suffers incursions by the occupation forces in Palestine.
The existing structures do not meet the need for detecting neonatal jaundice, which can be simplified with a device called JM-105.
The Dräger JM-105 bilirubin reader is used for a quick, reliable and accurate measurement of jaundice in newborns...
This would prevent parents from taking the risk of going out (often at night on a dangerous road that crosses several settlements).
This device will be made available free of charge to the population of the camp and the surrounding areas.
Its price is approximately 2,000 euros.
We appeal to the generosity of benefactors to help us purchase it.
