September 9, 2023 will forever remain engraved in our memories due to the devastating earthquake that struck Morocco at 23:23 precisely. That day, more than 2900 lives were tragically lost, and 5500 people were injured. These figures are not just statistics; they are shattered lives, torn-apart families, and suffering communities.
We, as the Euro-Med International Association for Social Development and Intercultural Exchanges, are launching an urgent appeal for your generosity and solidarity. Mr. Boulila Moustapha, our president, is leading this initiative, and we invite you to join us in providing essential support to those affected by this tragedy.

Un puissant séisme de magnitude 6,8 a secoué violemment le Maroc, frappant de plein fouet les provinces d'Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Ouarzazate, Marrakech, Azizal et Taroudant. L'ampleur de la tragédie ne cesse de s'aggraver, avec chaque heure qui passe. Les chiffres provisoires font état de plus de 2470 âmes perdues et plus de 2740 blessés.
Les ravages infligés par ce séisme sont incommensurables, laissant derrière eux des milliers d'immeubles réduits en ruines ou gravement endommagés. Il s'agit du séisme le plus destructeur jamais enregistré dans le pays. L'urgence d'intervenir dans les régions touchées pour apporter une assistance vitale est indiscutable.
AIEM a besoin de vous afin de mobilisé des ressources considérables pour répondre à cette crise sans précédent. Nos équipes seront déployées sur le terrain pour évaluer les besoins les plus pressants et coordonner les premiers secours.
