As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
La Mosquée de la Croix-Rousse, the first mosque in Lyon, wishes to expand in order to welcome all our faithful in better conditions. We have found a 350 m² premises in the heart of Lyon, a rare opportunity for our community.
To carry out this project, we need 1 000 000 €. We appeal to your generosity to help us reach this goal. Every donation, small or large, is precious and counts for the cause of Allah.
Allah says in the Qur'an:
“Those who spend their wealth for Allah will not be compared to anyone else.”
— [Sourate Al-Baqara, 2:261]
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a dwelling in Paradise.”
— [Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 450]
Participating in this work will bring you an eternal reward with Allah, Insha'Allah.
Help us build a dignified and welcoming place of worship for all brothers and sisters. Together, let’s reach the 1 000 000 € necessary for this noble project.
BarakAllahu fikoum.
