We express our deep gratitude for your continued support of our humanitarian cause. Thanks to you, the operation Zakat al-Fitr 2025 was a success, and this year we are already preparing Zakat al-Fitr 2026! Good news this year: we will not need additional boxes, the leftover stock from previous operations will be sufficient. The donations collected will therefore be used exclusively to fund essential equipment (dollies, tape, tables…), truck rental and fuel for distribution, but above all communication: flyers, posters, roll-ups, bibs, etc., in order to reach as many beneficiaries as possible and raise public awareness of this noble action.
During the sacred month of Ramadan, every member of the Ummah is encouraged to give Zakat al-Fitr, an obligation for those who can feed themselves for a day and a night. You can consult our list of accepted food items on our site: https://al-joud.org/comprendre-le-saa/.
The funds collected will allow Al-Joud.org to carry out Zakat al-Fitr 2026, reviving the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ and enabling as many families as possible to benefit from your generosity. By participating, you become a part of this action whose rewards in hassanates are incalculable.
As reported by Imam Al-Bukhari:
“The best of Muslims is the one who revives a tradition of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that had been forgotten. Be patient, you who follow the traditions; may Allah have mercy on you, for you are the fewest.”
And Allah says:
« And help one another in righteousness and piety. » [Surah 5, verse 2]
