Dear brothers and sisters,
According to 'Abdullah Ibn 'Omar (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet ﷺ said:
"He who relieves a believer of one of the hardships of this world, Allah will relieve him of one of the hardships of the Day of Resurrection. And Allah helps the servant as long as this servant helps his brother." (Reported by Muslim).
It is with a heavy heart, yet confident in Allah’s generosity and then in yours, that we appeal to your solidarity today to help Fatima (Mme ABOUKHAIRA).
🚨 An extreme emergency and unbearable suffering
For many years, Fatima has suffered from severe facial neuralgia (a neurovascular conflict affecting the trigeminal nerve). This condition is known to cause some of the most intense pain possible.
For a long time, heavy medication (Tegretol, etc.) managed to reduce her attacks, but today the medications no longer work at all.
The situation has become dramatic:
Every jaw movement triggers unbearable electric shocks.
She can no longer eat properly, causing worrying weight loss and general weakening.
She can hardly speak because the slightest movement of her mouth causes excruciating pain.
To make matters worse, the family lives in severe precarity, housed in a converted garage, and her husband does not work. They are completely unable to fund the care.
🩺 The only solution: urgent surgery
After a long wait to obtain a valuable appointment with a neurosurgeon specialist in Marrakech (Dr. AIT BEN ALI SAID / Polyclinique Les Narcisses), the verdict is clear: Fatima must be operated on urgently.
Hospitalization is scheduled for 10 September 2026 (surgery planned to relieve the nerve).
💰 Financial goal: €5,000
Surgical estimate (Clinic): 25 000 DH (approximately €2,300 to €2,500)
Essential additional costs: blood tests, imaging/MRI, hospitalization fees, postoperative medications, transport and follow-up care.
Overall goal: €5,000 to cover all expenses for this extensive care.

Share this campaign with your network (family, friends, social networks, WhatsApp groups). The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever shows the way to a good deed has the same reward as the one who does it." (Reported by Muslim).
Pray to Allah (make Duas) for the success of the operation, that Allah grants her a complete recovery without sequelae (Shifa'an la yughadiru saqama) and that He eases the trials of this family.
