Alice arrived in my life at the moment when I was about to give up my search. Finding a caravan, small but roomy and affordable, was a feat. And then she appeared on the screen; the ad had just been posted, an hour from my home. The next day I said "yes" to this new adventure!

My name is Alison; when I arrived I noticed an 'Alice' sticker on both sides of the caravan...

What a lovely synchronicity!

She is adorable, turquoise, vintage and large for her little 4m length.

Months of work followed, renovations, unexpected repair costs and partial reconstruction as well as the installation of a solar panel for autonomy.

A love story and hard work for 6 months but we're almost there. Some friends lent a hand with the painting and decorating; everything is made with love for the joy of the eyes and mind.

But what will we do there exactly?

Alice will be a wellness caravan that will travel to small and medium towns to offer seated massages to teleworkers/isolated people and storytelling for children.

- seated massages (shoulders, back, scalp, hands and arms) for adults

- stories for children (I am the author of two books of guided meditations for children and adults)

- meditations for adults, guidance and listening, adapted to managing daily life with joy and calm

Sessions are intentionally short (30 minutes) in order to help as many families as possible in their quests for serenity and self-love. At first, agreements are with towns in Haute-Vienne (87) and some large stores in Limoges.

Alice will also be able to accompany me for corporate well-being, at festivals and at weddings or private parties (contact me if you have special requests or other ideas).

I am Alison, Franco-British and a Wellness Practitioner (Limousin and remote) since 2011. I am also the author of two oracles on the theme of personal development and two books of guided meditations for young and old.

Every business owner must innovate, grow and adapt to life changes in order to sustain their activity. A wellness practitioner seeks above all the emotional and physical calm of the people who consult. After 2 difficult years, mental and physical health have become an even greater priority for everyone.

The idea of offering services at the heart of communities in order to reach isolated people or those teleworking seemed to me the natural next step after this particular context.

My offering already evolved this year by adding accompaniment as a creator of emotions for follow-ups based on positive psychology. I also offer guidances, to develop any life project as well as for heavy pathologies to manage daily.

1. Finish renovating this young lady from 1973 (an Eco 370). A few more garage/bodywork jobs (sealing) and finishing the décor to create a cozy and welcoming space.

2. Printing flyers to distribute at wellness fairs, in future towns and in large stores (furnishing) and local shops (regional products) for which parking agreements already exist.
