Our sister Siham, originally from Sudan, was forced to flee her country because of the war and militia violence.
During these tragic events, she was hit by a bullet in the upper back; despite this serious injury, she managed to find refuge in Egypt.
But today, it has been more than a year and a half that she has been living with this bullet in her body.
For lack of financial means, she has never been able to have surgery to remove it; over time, the bullet moved in her body and is now located in her abdomen, causing severe pain and putting her health in great danger.
Today, surgery is urgent to remove this bullet and save her life.
