Emergency – Let’s help a Palestinian family refugee in Egypt
A Palestinian family is going through an extremely difficult ordeal today.
Forced out of Palestine during the events of the Nakba, this family found refuge for years in Syria. But because of successive crises, they had to flee again and take refuge in Egypt, where they now live in very precarious conditions.
The father of the family unfortunately died of cancer and the mother is left alone to care for her sick children.
• One of the children suffers from cancer and needs an urgent operation estimated at 20 000 €.
• Another child is also seriously ill and requires regular medication.
The family has no stable income and lacks even the simplest everyday necessities.
We are trying to help them raise funds to buy:
• A fan to withstand the heat.
• A blender to prepare fruit and vitamin-rich food to fight cancer.
• A wheelchair.
• Medicines.
And we would like to raise the 20 000 € needed for the operation, which will take place in 6 months to remove the cancerous tumor.
Every donation, even small, can make an immense difference for this family who has already lost so much.
