Ramadan 1 Million
The program "Ramadan 1 Million" aims, in this blessed month of Ramadan 2017, to feed 1 Million disadvantaged people across the entire territory of Niger. As you probably know, many of our Nigerien brothers and sisters unfortunately have difficulties properly breaking the fast. This collective solidarity initiative, born in 2016, is being continued this year. It relies on many motivated people, all around the world. In France, we already benefit from the support of ANRF, Arweil, AON, ANAN, GSI, ANIF, UESNF, ANT, Dandalin Hausawan turey and the associaiton Aide Eau Niger.
Please be generous and join in large numbers to support this noble initiative, through a CASH DONATION of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 euros or any other amount. Last year in France, we raised a little over 3,000 euros. With the collected funds, we rely on engaged local partners, which are the groupement des sœurs Ibadourahamane (GSI), the chaine de l’espoir and some volunteers.
For each contribution, it is possible to issue a tax receipt so that you can benefit from a tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount of your donation.
The average price of a meal per beneficiary is estimated at 3 Euros, the price of a family kit composed of 25Kg of rice, 5Kg of sugar and 5L of oil is 23 Euros.
No gesture should be underestimated; it will help improve, however slightly, the living conditions of disadvantaged populations in Niger. We pray that the Good Lord repays you a hundredfold. According to a hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Whoever helps a fasting person to break the fast will receive a reward equal to that of the fasting person. Be generous and numerous in supporting this noble cause during this blessed month of Ramadan!
