✨ Let’s give a better future to the 244 children and teenagers of the Hidayatul Hummah orphanage in Lombok! ✨
Today, 244 children and teenagers live and study in extremely precarious conditions ❌:
❌ Overcrowded dormitories, 50 children sleeping on the floor
❌ Insufficient and unsanitary toilets
❌ Cracked, unsafe walls
❌ Lessons taught outdoors due to lack of usable classrooms
❌ No playground, the ground being waterlogged and muddy
❌ No reliable water or electricity system
Faced with this urgent situation, we are launching a solidarity fundraiser to offer them a dignified and secure future!
Our project: a safer, more welcoming orphanage
We have identified 3 essential areas to transform their daily lives:
1. Address their basic needs:
o Renovation and construction of new dormitories
o Installation of modern toilets and showers
o Implementation of a reliable potable water and electricity system
2. Improve their living comfort:
o Renovation and construction of classrooms
o Development of a multi-sports field
o Purchase of educational and recreational materials
3. Support their empowerment:
o Purchase of agricultural land and maize planting to cover 1/3 of the orphanage's expenses
o Implementation of a support and sponsorship program
o Agricultural development in a neighboring village in Lombok to encourage local self-sufficiency
✨ Financial goal: €15,000 to act on these 3 axes!
€13,000 for the renovation of the orphanage and its sustainable development
€2,000 to support the agricultural development of a neighboring village in Lombok
Your generosity will help ensure dignified living conditions and a better future for the children of the orphanage and the village residents. Every euro counts!
Idea:
✨ How your donation can make a difference?
**
€20 = A mattress so a child can finally sleep comfortably
€50 = Contribution to renovating a classroom for better learning
€100 = Contribution to building new dormitories for a healthier living environment
€200 = Support for agricultural development to ensure food self-sufficiency**
**
Every euro counts and directly contributes to improving these children’s daily lives.
The Prophet (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him) said:
"We will be in Paradise, me and the one who cares for the orphan like this," and he gestured with his index and middle finger.
What better reward than to be alongside our beloved Prophet in the hereafter?
