A story for every Kabyle child
Through this initiative “A story for every Kabyle child” we want to bring joy to our children in Kabylie, notably those affected by the recent fires that devastated our mountains, by providing them with entertaining stories in their mother tongue.
From a psychological point of view, it is in a way a therapy when one considers the impact suffered by our children following this harsh ordeal.
This also falls within actions encouraging Kabyle children to read, to develop their imagination, and to think.

Tamacahut i yal agrud Aqbayli
This project “Tamacahut i yal agrud Aqbayli” is intended to bring joy to our Kabyle children, especially those who were affected in the areas devastated in our land, such as At Yiraten, At Dwala, Tuǧa, Aweqqas and other nearby localities.
We want to offer them a small but meaningful pedagogical gift: entertaining and instructive stories in Kabyle in their mother tongue so they can smile again, see light on their faces, and regain joy and hope, since the course of life has been disrupted.
Within the project, whose aim is to strengthen their morale and self-confidence, it seeks to provide moments of amusement at home, such as songs and laughter. The initiative will be carried out with the participation of mothers who will take part.
The project will begin in two phases, depending on what can be raised.
First phase: we will produce around 1,500 copies of the booklets for the beneficiaries of this project; Mhenni Xalifi and his colleague Sabrina and Akli Muhubi (they will be responsible for organizing and printing them).
Second phase: we will distribute additional copies so that they remain permanently available to the children of Kabylia and to schools.
This project, in its terms, consists of producing small, affordable books, with colorful covers for our children, and with illustrations and text in Kabyle.
Each copy will include the necessary content in Kabyle: stories and related material.
