We are in the pound, in the death-row corridor... Unless an association can get us out of there.

Espérance des 4 pattes 85 is an association based in mainland France (Vendée) that wants to save us!

UPDATE We have had dogs currently in the pound in Le Tampon and in St Pierre reserved. The list is long and we will keep you informed of the releases in regular announcements, here and on the association's Facebook page.

We were going to stop there, many dogs already in the pound for whom we had to find a solution... When... On the morning of 24/2 we found a young female dog and two other dogs who had been forgotten on social networks, after having been reported a few weeks ago... To learn that they were scheduled for euthanasia the next day and that we had 2 hours to provide all the paperwork to reserve them! The sweat, the stress! But well - it's done! This time they were at the Cambaie pound. They were released in an emergency on 27/2...

However, we are deeply sorry to have arrived too late for two of their companions for whom we also made inquiries.

Three dogs were on the euthanasia list at the St Pierre pound on 24/2 - Two photos and a surprise dog - with no information about who would reserve it and give it a chance??? ---- Well, us, they are all three reserved!!

Two dogs were still on the euthanasia list at the St Pierre pound on 20/2 - They joined the list of those we have reserved in the hope of saving them.

These two were the last on the euthanasia list at St Pierre on 17/2 - We couldn't help it and they are reserved...

These two ladies were on the euthanasia list at St Pierre on 13/2 - They were both reserved but we had the painful news of the death of Mamie Lulu (10-11 years), who passed "of old age" on 17/2. We are sorry.

These 5 dogs were on the euthanasia list at St Pierre on 10/2 - They are out.

These 4 dogs were on the euthanasia list of 11/2 at the Le Tampon pound - They are out.

This dog "Bounty" was in the pound at Ste Marie - He is out.

These 3 dogs were on the euthanasia list of 6/2 at the St Pierre pound - They are out

These 2 dogs were on the euthanasia list 4/2 - They are out of the pound.

These two dogs were on the euthanasia list at the St Pierre pound 3/2 - They are out of the pound

These three were scheduled for euthanasia on 28/2 at the Le Tampon pound (La Réunion) - They are out of the pound.

These dogs were on the euthanasia list of 27/1 at the St- Pierre pound - Reserved and taken out to boarding

These 4 were on the eutha list 23/1 - Reserved and taken out to boarding

These two were on the eutha list 20/1 - reserved and taken out to family boarding
