As-Salam alaykoum dear brothers and dear sisters,
The Persan Mosque, the only mosque in the canton of Haut Val d'Oise, which includes several towns, **faces a major challenge. Due to the lack of mosques within a radius of approximately 25 km, the mosque and its classrooms are no longer sufficient to accommodate the influx of worshippers.
The mosque is forced to organize two Friday prayers to accommodate the 2000 worshippers, and the holiday prayers are necessarily held in municipal stadiums, where an audience of several thousand is expected.
Our project:
After years of research, it was in 2024, with the help of Allah تعالى, that we acquired a plot of 5030 m2.
The studies launched allowed us to obtain a project outline, which would include classrooms, multipurpose rooms, and a waqf made up of artisan or commercial units. All of this with visitor parking, green spaces and a land reserve that could be used for future projects.
The initial cost of the project is estimated at €1.5 million.
One project, one vision:
Our vision will ensure a steady flow of finances for the mosque and its projects, and will ultimately allow the transfer of all cultural activity, which will free up more space to welcome worshippers at the mosque located in the town center.
What will the faithful donor gain?
Allah says in Surah al-Hadid - The Iron
إِنَّ المُصَّدِّقينَ وَالمُصَّدِّقَاتِ وَأَقرَضُوا اللَّهَ قَرضًا حَسَنًا يُضاعَفُ لَهُم وَلَهُم أَجرٌ كَريمٌ﴾ [الحديد: 18])
Those who give charity, men and women, and lend to Allah a good loan — it will be multiplied for them and they will have a generous reward. (S57 V18)
The reward for sadaqas and donations is exponential: the donor is rewarded each time the premises are used by the faithful and for every income generated for the mosque. And Allah will multiply these donations for whoever wishes.
Our Objective:
Our objective is to raise €300,000 during this holy month of Ramadhan. This sum will allow us to confidently begin the realization of the project.
