Hello,
Since 2008, our association Les Mains Unies has been distributing food parcels to around forty families in precarious situations, in l’Estaque and Saint Henri. With the current situation we are experiencing, new families are turning to the association every day. The geographical area covered is also expanding. The foodstuffs we distribute come from the Banque Alimentaire, the Métropole (via the Bassin de Séon social centre), as well as the ANDES association (for fruit and vegetables). Except for those provided by the Métropole, these foodstuffs are not free. Before the lockdown, we financed them through lotteries and festive events. As this is no longer possible, we are launching a fundraiser and appealing to your generosity. THANK YOU!**
