The Association Zenaga de Figuig in France (AZF) is organizing the 12th edition of the Zakat al-Fitr collection for the benefit of Association AMAL for Health Solidarity (AASS) in Oujda.
AASS is a Figuig-based association located in Oujda whose main objective is to promote health solidarity.
It helps oasis patients suffering from renal failure, cancer, or who require costly surgeries, as well as young people with Down syndrome and patients with heart disease.
The association provides both financial assistance (covering part of the care costs) and logistical support (reserving an apartment for families of patients who have no place to stay in Oujda).
Last year AASS processed and financed more than 450 cases and provided financial assistance totaling over 830 thousand Moroccan Dirhams: behind each case is a patient and an entire oasis family relieved and supported in the harsh ordeal of illness.
The amount of zakat collected last year (2025) represented nearly 14% of AASS's budget, which shows the importance of your donation for the association and especially for the patients it assists.**

The amount of Zakat in France has been set by the CFCM at €9 per person, and by the Paris Mosque at €7
