At the heart of Liège, the association Awqaf Belgika is mobilizing to create an innovative coworking space that meets the concrete needs of our Muslim community in Belgium: LA RUCHE - Coworking Spaces. 🚀
💡 Why the LA RUCHE Coworking Space?
✨ A coworking space provides the work environment conducive to developing major projects, collaborating, innovating and growing.
✨ LA RUCHE is not just a shared workspace. It is an ethical ecosystem of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development, designed to strengthen the social and economic cohesion and development of Belgium’s Muslim community.
It is a place where social entrepreneurs can find the support, resources and network they need to succeed.
🚀 LA RUCHE has been designed to offer a modern and inspiring environment, with workspaces equipped with the latest technologies, functional meeting rooms, spaces dedicated to spirituality, as well as a range of support services for associations and project leaders.
🚀 We will also offer training programs and workshops covering topics such as social entrepreneurship, the waqf and much more, as well as events and networking tools.
🚀 Our vision is to create a dynamic place where project leaders and professionals meet, where ideas turn into concrete initiatives and where innovation is encouraged.

The first phase of the project is to build an extension to our current building in order to create additional workspaces.
The construction costs include the structural work for the extension, the replacement of all the building’s frames, as well as architect and management fees.
The subsequent stages of the project include:
– Phase 2: Interior renovation and insulation of the entire building
– Phase 3: Interior fit-out
– Phase 4: Equipment and Launch
