Dear Sir or Madam,
I am contacting you to request your financial support for my best friend, who wishes to continue her second year of training to become a peer supporter.
This training represents far more to her than a simple academic path. It is a true project for the future, which will allow her to put her lived experience, her experiences and her skills at the service of other people going through difficulties, offering them listening, understanding, support and hope.
Unfortunately, her current financial situation risks compromising the continuation of this training, despite her motivation and commitment. That is why I am appealing to your generosity and solidarity, so that she can continue her journey and complete her professional project.
I am convinced that her desire to become a peer practitioner deserves support. Being able to finish this second year would give her the opportunity to make her project a reality and, in turn, to help people who need it.
