Hello everyone,
Maya is a young, adorable Rottweiler. We received bad news. Maya has a meningioma located on the acoustic mass.
A tumor.
She has balance loss, has difficulty standing upright for long periods, weight loss, and trouble moving.
She needs to undergo radiotherapy, and for that she will need several expensive exams.
Between medication, tests (CT scans with contrast agent and radiotherapy), and days of hospitalization, we will not be able to pay for her.
If we do nothing she will only be able to survive a few months.
She is young — she is 4 years and 10 months old.
According to the veterinarians, she is a good candidate for radiotherapy and could survive up to 8 years old! And it would be a real joy to have her with us in good health!
This is a treatment that is carried out over 7 weeks, with follow-up afterwards.
