Heïdi is a 10-year-old female Newfoundland who was taken in by our association 2 years ago.
Heïdi spent her life outdoors without shelter to protect herself from the elements and now has osteoarthritis and has difficulty getting up and sometimes moving. We decided to put her on a Librela protocol, which has very good results for canine osteoarthritis but initially requires 3 injections over 3 months, which represents a certain cost. In addition, Heïdi has an ear infection and recently developed an ear hematoma that we had to operate on this morning to relieve her. We thank all of you who can contribute to Heïdi's care (blood test, ear hematoma surgery + the Librela that will be injected again next month and the month after).
