The mandatory annual negotiations (NAO) are taking place at ID Logistics from March 5 to 8. While we are demanding, among other things, a 10% pay increase to cope with inflation, the first responses from management clearly show it won't be enough and that we'll only be given crumbs! That's why, as elsewhere in France, we are launching a strike at the Plaisance-du-Touch site near Toulouse.
But to be able to carry out this fight, we need your solidarity! Indeed, the (very) large majority of workers earn the SMIC or slightly above it, including employees who have many years with the company.
