We, the hospital's invisible workers, are uniting today to highlight our deplorable working conditions (modern-day slavery) and our indecent wages.
We are constantly asked to do more work, sometimes even the work of two people, and to cover absences at a moment's notice on our days off. Our wages do not keep up, nor do we even receive a bonus, while the company is awash in profits! Everything for the big ones, nothing for the little ones!! Let's change that.
Recognition and thanks are nowhere to be found in this company.
All of this takes place in deplorable conditions for our physical and mental health as well as the comfort of the patients.
We love our work; we love interacting with patients and caring for them, but not under these conditions.
We value our work, so we demand proper recognition and fair valuation from our employer!!
