Strike fund for the employees of Neuhauser Folschviller, part of the InVivo group
Since February 2024 the management of the InVivo group has been waging a fierce war against trade-union freedoms and the right to strike at the Neuhauser industrial bakery in Folschviller.
After attempting to illegally dismiss our union representative Christian Porta, in an effort to destroy our majority union, we managed to obtain the reinstatement of our colleague through solidarity among employees and the national support we received. The strike fund then played a fundamental role in allowing us to hold out over time and to secure this historic victory. Our struggle goes beyond the stakes of our factory: it is a fight for trade-union rights and the freedom of organization and action for employees, which are under attack across the country today.
But our management does not intend to stop there: it is already trying to take its revenge, notably by dismissing colleagues who took part in the movement in an attempt at genuine employer terror. We won a battle but we have not won the war.
In order to impose the reinstatement of our colleagues and to prepare for the fights to come, we invite you to support the strike fund — we continue to really need it!
