In addition to my own fight before the European Court of Human Rights to have France condemned, I also support victims of sexual violence and I want this support to remain free for victims who already spend so much on legal proceedings, therapy, lawyer fees, …
That’s why I’m opening this fundraiser: if you can and wish to help me financially to offset the volunteer work I do, it will help more than one victim and I hope, in the long term, to be able to create these support services in cities other than Paris.
The support I provide is aimed at victims currently involved in proceedings and varies from person to person. It ranges from in-person accompaniment at each stage of the procedure, preparing them as best as possible for what to expect and the stakes of those stages, to contacting their relatives to help their loved ones be present and supportive.
This is not professional support — I am neither a lawyer nor a psychologist — but I have come to acquire expertise from my own experience and I want to share it with as many people as possible.
