200 days of strike! Let's help our fellow Catalan archaeologists at Aixa hold out!

The workers and comrades of the CNT union section at Aixa Serveis Arqueològics, a company specialized in archaeology, have been on strike since 13 August 2025. They have been fighting for more than six months to obtain better working conditions, prevention measures proportionate to the risks they face, and to stop the large-scale dismissals currently taking place at the company. The management, unscrupulous in the face of our comrades' determination, has not only made sham offers but has also initiated legal proceedings to have their strike declared illegal! The hearing before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia will be held on 11 March and will be preceded by a solidarity demonstration in Girona on the 7th.

Our comrades are holding out thanks to the strike fund, and although morale is being severely tested, the solidarity of their comrades gives them courage! Let us affirm our internationalist solidarity with our Catalan colleagues by sending them messages of support and photos, and by contributing to their strike fund!

SUPORTEM ALS NOSTRE COMPANYS ARQUEÒLEGS CATALANS DE L'EMPRESA AIXA EN VAGA!

The workers and comrades of Serveis Arqueològics, the CNT union section at Aixa, a company specialized in archaeology, have been on strike since 13 August 2025. For more than six months they have been fighting to obtain better working conditions, adequate safety measures to face the risks they encounter, and to prevent dismissals. Faced with the determination of our comrades, management, without scruples, has not only made empty promises but has also initiated legal procedures so that the strike is declared illegal. The hearing before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia will take place on 11 March, preceded by a solidarity demonstration in Girona on the 7th.

Our comrades remain firm thanks to the strike fund, and although morale is being severely tested, the solidarity of their comrades gives them encouragement. Let us affirm our internationalist solidarity with these Catalan comrades by sending them emails of support, photos, and contributing to their strike fund!
