Hello everyone,
Today you can read my message; do you have any guarantee that tomorrow you will be able to? That you won't also one day be forced to sign up on a waiting list??
As every year for nearly six years now, approaching Ramadan, I am asking you to help fund Braille Qurans for people who are blind.
A Braille Quran comes in a box of 7 volumes weighing nearly 10 kilograms.
The association Institut Paris Églantine, with your donations, buys Braille Qurans in Arabic and then gives them away free of charge!
2600 people are still on a waiting list!!
Last year we managed together to raise more than 10,000 euros...
Moreover, with last year's donations, the association kept its word and bought a Braille printer, allowing us to produce in France, for the first time, our Braille Qurans in French.
The first Qurans were produced and offered — Alhamdulillah
Thanks to this printer, the cost of a Braille Quran in French is 190 euros!!
This means that today with 380 euros we can finance two, whereas before we could only finance one, and many of you last year financed a whole Quran with donations of 300 euros.
However, the Braille Quran in Arabic still costs 300 euros...
Today, there are still far too many people who are blind on the waiting list...
You must help them, I must help them, WE must help them!!!
That's why every contribution will be important: 5, 10, 100, 300, 380 euros — it doesn't matter as long as you help them with your heart and according to your means...
I don't need to remind you that the Quran is OUR BOOK, it is the fundamental pillar of our beautiful religion, and it pains me to think that during this holy month of Ramadan, which is coming so quickly, more than 2,600 people are still on waiting lists and will not be able to read it...
Our brothers and sisters, through the Institut Paris Églantine, need your donations!!!
If you cannot contribute financially, then at least share this fundraiser as widely as possible as widely as possible.
