A donation to relieve our brothers and sisters

🤲 Let’s support families in need – Humanitarian division

The humanitarian division of the Longjumeau mosque acts twice a month, by the grace of Allah, to assist families in difficulty in Longjumeau and its surroundings.

Faced with the realities of hardship (high bills, complex family situations, job loss, isolation…), many families struggle to meet their basic needs. This fundraiser was set up to address this local emergency.

🧺 A concrete, regular and local action

Thanks to your donations, the humanitarian division organizes a distribution of food parcels twice a month, made up of essential items.
When possible, hygiene products (diapers, baby care items, feminine hygiene products, etc.) are also distributed.

Each donation makes it possible to:

- purchase essential foodstuffs,

- support families with dignity, without distinction,

- strengthen local and fraternal solidarity.

🌱 A sadaqa with many benefits

Allah says in Surah Al-Baqarah (verse 215): "They ask you, 'What should we spend?' Say: 'Whatever you spend of good is for parents, relatives, orphans, the poor and the traveler.'"

By contributing to this fundraiser, you take part in a precious sadaqa, useful and immediate, which relieves families close to us and strengthens the bonds of solidarity within our community.
