At the end of 2021, three strikes by undocumented workers resulted in the establishment of three prolonged strike pickets: RSI (temporary employment agency) in Gennevilliers, DPD in Le Coudray-Montceaux, and Chronopost again in Alfortville, which followed the seven-month struggle in 2019. The latter two pickets were co-organized with SUD PTT and Solidaires 91 and 94. These struggles are still ongoing.
The struggle of the three pickets has also been involved in broader mobilizations, such as the one against the Darmanin law and against all attacks targeting workers' rights. The slogan chanted at all demonstrations and gatherings pointed the way forward and the unity to build: "Young people in hardship, old people in misery, precarious workers — we don't want a society like that!"
This fundraiser continues the three per-picket funds that have existed for three years. It is intended to be a permanent fundraiser as long as the participants in these three struggles are not regularized.
