As part of a humanitarian mission led by an international NGO, in the organization of which I am actively involved, several children will soon be cared for in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo 🌍
As of today, 6 children need to undergo surgery.
On my initiative, I want to prepare an individual kit for each of them, adapted to their age and needs, to best support them during their hospitalization and convalescence. I am also planning a 7th kit to be able to respond to any urgent care for an additional child.
Many of you have spontaneously offered to donate for these children. Thank you so much for your generosity. ❤️
I wanted each donation to have a concrete, transparent use directly intended for the children. The goal is therefore to prepare small individual bags, age-appropriate and personalized for each child.
🎒 15 € – Hygiene Kit
• small towel and wash mitt
• children’s toothbrush and toothpaste
• gentle soap
• tissues
• lip balm
• small toiletry pouch
🎨 25 € – Hygiene + Activities Kit
The hygiene kit, completed with small attentions to occupy and reassure the child during hospitalization:
• coloring pages and colored pencils
• small notebook and stickers
• small game or activity suitable for their age
• book or resource about pain and hospitalization, notably thanks to the specialized associations contacted
🧡 50 € – Complete “Little Brave” Kit
The Hygiene + Activities kit, supplemented according to the child’s age and needs by:
• small blanket
• socks
• pajamas or comfortable clothing
• reusable water bottle
• small nightlight to provide a soft, reassuring light during hospital nights and the post-operative period
• small gift: cap, sunglasses, bracelet or washable plush toy
• small personalized bag with the child’s name to hold all their belongings
🎯 My goal: 350 €
This amount will allow me to prepare 7 Little Brave Kits to support the 6 children currently planned, while keeping the possibility of giving a kit to an additional child if an urgent case should arise.
If the fund exceeds this goal, additional donations will allow me to complete and enrich the kits, support an extra child, or buy other comfort and activity items for the children cared for as part of the mission.
Donations will be dedicated to hygiene, comfort, activities and small attentions for the children.

Behind each kit, there will above all be the desire to bring a child, before and after their operation, a little gentleness, comfort and the feeling that somewhere, people are thinking of them 🧸.
I am also supported in this effort by a childhood friend who helps me bring this initiative, which is particularly close to my heart, to life.
