Operation 100 emergency kits for 100 families in Burkina…
**
Since March 9, 2020, Burkina Faso has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. To protect the population, authorities have taken drastic measures including quarantining Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso and closing markets across the country.
Although lifesaving for public health, these measures have put thousands of families whose incomes depend on the informal economy in severe economic difficulty. These families live day to day and do not have financial reserves to cope with a shock of this magnitude.
That is why the Association Faso Durable has launched an appeal to solidarity to all of us, to provide 100 Burkinabè families with 100 KAAC (Anti COVID-19 Assistance Kit). The cost of one KAAC is estimated at €50 and is composed of:
=> One (01) 50 kg bag of rice or 100 kg of maize or millet (estimated cost €31)
=> One (01) 5-litre container of oil (estimated cost €8)
=> Five (05) kg of sugar (estimated cost €8)
=> One (01) set of liquid and bar soaps (estimated cost €5)
With €50, you can offer a family in Burkina a precious and substantial support to feed themselves and protect their health.
Deadline for collecting contributions: May 5, 2020

Do not hesitate any longer to follow your heart; we will present the results together at the end of the distribution of the kits to the families that our representatives record throughout the collection.
