Sickle cell disease is a chronic illness that affects quality of life, causing pain, fatigue, severe anemia, bone complications, frequent hospitalizations, and absenteeism from school and work.
Drepacare is the e-health application dedicated to people with sickle cell disease and their loved ones.
We are:
Laetitia, nurse; Anouchka, biotechnology engineer; Meryem, pharmacist. All hold a Master 2 in Public Health and Human Nutrition.
Drepacare's mission is to support people with sickle cell disease on a daily basis in managing pain, hospitalizations, and treatment, and to provide advice on nutrition and everyday actions to promote well-being.
Through its various features, our application enables access to information, prevention, and the improvement of the care of these patients.
