It is with great sadness that we learned that a family experienced a tragedy last weekend that affected two children from our school group.
We, parents of pupils of the "Le Parc-République" school group, teachers, neighbors, and residents of Aulnay, were shocked to learn of this tragedy that struck this Aulnay family on the night of Saturday, April 24: a father, a mother, a 3-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl, victims of a reckless driver.
The mother and the boy died at the scene and the father and the daughter are still hospitalized.
An entire family, a community, a town is in mourning.
On behalf of the parents of pupils of the Le Parc-République school group, the teaching staff, and all parents, we extend our sincere condolences to the family.
We are opening this fundraiser in solidarity with the family.
The money raised will be given to the family to support them, notably for medical expenses. The funds will be deposited into the father's bank account.
