Hello everyone,

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. Those who know me well know that I'm not in the habit of speaking out on social media, if ever. Today, I'm almost ashamed to have to resort to it, because it's clearly not my habit to ask for help. That said, it would be selfish of me not to try everything possible...

My dog Naya, 8 months old, unfortunately got her paw stuck in a manhole cover while running, causing a femur fracture. She must now undergo emergency surgery to avoid any complications. Two operations are possible. The first involves removal of the femoral head, but this is clearly not the optimal option for Naya, because she may develop osteoarthritis later and will probably suffer chronic pain, leading to repeated limping. This surgery costs €1,300, which I will cover entirely, and must be performed urgently to relieve her daily pain.

The second operation would be to fit a prosthesis, which would allow Naya to regain 100% of her abilities and lead a "normal" life. However, this operation costs more than €5,000, not including the follow-up consultations that will follow. Unfortunately I do not have the means to finance this intervention.

So here I am, going all out and turning to you, friends, family, and anyone who understands this unique bond between a human and their animal, to come to my aid. Every donation, whatever its amount, will make a huge difference. If you cannot participate financially, a simple share would be welcome to reach as many people as possible.

Certainly, it's not a matter of life or death, but I see Naya suffering every day, and I cannot sleep peacefully without telling myself that I tried everything to get her back on her feet in the best possible way.
