Tigrou, 6½ months old, suffered a fall from two floors. He underwent numerous examinations that initially only showed a bladder hematoma, but the reality was unfortunately different. At the third visit, in a different facility than the first two, the verdict came... his life was at risk and, sadly, that is still the case. Following the fall he suffered a urethral rupture and peritonitis (a bladder leak). He had to undergo surgery to see if “repair” was possible; in the end he was catheterized and put on IV fluids until healing. He was hospitalized on Monday, October 12, operated on the next day, and for now remains in the care of professionals until at least Saturday, October 24. Today's news are neither good nor bad: he has a fever and is not healing much... but he seems unwilling to give up and keeps his appetite, which is a good start... We are eagerly awaiting to find him and cuddle him properly...
This fundraiser would help us cover the expenses that keep piling up... And if it exceeds the expected amount, the surplus will be used to buy food and toys for the animals waiting for a family.
