Ensemble ou Rien and Ismaël are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of the association Les Petites Gouttes.
The association Les Petites Gouttes, located in Senegal, works with dedication to help the most vulnerable:
• Talibés children, who are often left to fend for themselves. Coming from poor families, they are entrusted to Quranic schools to receive an education. Unfortunately, many end up forced to beg in the streets to survive, exposed to precariousness and without access to appropriate play or learning spaces.
Les Petites Gouttes works to restore dignity, respect and opportunities to each of them. It provides access to healthcare, meals, clothing, as well as moral and educational support. Today, an essential project is underway to go further: creating an inclusive multisport field at their center.
Why is this multisport field essential?
Sport is a universal answer to the challenges of childhood: it educates, brings people together, and inspires. This multisport field will be much more than a play area. It will become a place where these children and marginalized people can:
• Thrive and forget daily struggles: away from worries and discrimination, they can simply be themselves, run, play and smile.
• Develop essential values: sport teaches respect, solidarity, perseverance and self-improvement.
• Promote inclusion: this field will welcome all children, without distinction. Talibés, children with albinism or children with disabilities will share a common space, encouraging mutual aid and acceptance of differences.
• Open the doors to a better future: education also passes through sport, which helps strengthen self-confidence, improve physical and mental health, and encourage bigger dreams.
