🎓 Who are we?
We are the first cohort of the BUT GACO in Châteaubriant.
When the program was launched, we were there from the start. We have grown with it, built our cohesion and experienced three years rich in projects, learning and experiences.
Today, we are reaching the end of our studies and we want to mark this milestone with a project that reflects who we are.
🌍 Our project
We are organizing a 4-day school trip from April 20 to 24, accompanied by our teachers, to Bilbao, Spain. We are a group of 30 students.
It will not simply be an end-of-year trip. We want it to be cultural, professional and educational.
On the programme: discovery of a new culture, international openness, but also meetings with companies to concretely deepen our knowledge in business administration, economics, marketing and management.
This trip is the culmination of our three years of study and a way to close this adventure together.
💛 Why this project means so much to us?
Because it represents much more than a trip. We are organising it ourselves, putting in place actions to fund it. We are applying in practice everything we have learned: project management, communication, organisation, teamwork.
It is a collective, motivating and symbolic project for a first cohort like ours.
💰 What will the funds be used for?
Donations will be used to finance:
- transport
- accommodation
- cultural visits and professional meetings
- meals
- local transport
The provisional budget is mainly allocated to:
- Transport : 3 250€
- Accommodation : 3 500€
- Educational activities : 700€
- Meals : 600€
- Miscellaneous and local transport : 450€
For an approximate total amount of 8 500€.
Each euro collected will be used exclusively to finance the trip, under the supervision of our teachers and the institution, guaranteeing transparent management.

This project is led by the entire BUT GACO cohort of Châteaubriant, accompanied by our teaching team.
We are fully committed and determined to make this trip an enriching and unforgettable experience.
