As-salâm alaykoum wa rahmatouLlahi wa barakâtouh,
I am writing to you today to tell you about a sister who is going through indescribable pain.
Just five months ago she lost her mother. Today she must face a new tragedy: the loss of her daughter, only 21 years old. Losing her mother, then losing her child in such a short time… These are unbearably painful trials, wounds that words cannot soothe and that only Allah can help her overcome.
May Allah grant her immense patience, ease her broken heart, give her the strength to get through this terrible ordeal and surround her with His mercy. May Allah have mercy on her mother and her daughter, illuminate their graves, grant them His forgiveness and welcome them into His vast Paradise, Jannat al-Firdaws. Amine ya Rabb 🤲🏼
Faced with this immense pain, I would like us to unite and show solidarity to bring her some support during this very difficult time.
That is why I want to set up a solidarity fundraiser to help her cover the costs related to her daughter's funeral.
Every donation, even the smallest, will be a precious help. And for those who cannot contribute financially, sharing this fundraiser or a du'a on her behalf will be just as valuable.
At a time when words seem so weak in the face of pain, let us show her that she is not alone and that our community can be there to support her, even a little, in this trial.
May Allah reward everyone who contributes, shares this fundraiser or invokes Allah for this sister and her family. May He allow us to be a cause of relief for her and bring her some comfort in this very dark period.
