As you are aware of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. Alhamdulillah, myself, my husband and my children were able to leave Gaziantep and go to Ankara first and now Istanbul. However, my husband's family is still in Kahramanmaras, one of the most affected cities by the earthquake. As many wise people have told me, being able to go away gives us the opportunity to help in a better way, by collecting money, for instance. Hence I am starting this fund raising with the intention to first help my in laws and then any family in need. You can be fully assured that all the money will be given and spent for them, to help them in these hard times.Â

PS: The photo of the fundraiser is the tea that our kind neighbor from Ankara prepared for us when we arrived. The following days, he did the same. It's this kindness that I want to show rather than pictures of damage or other sadness...

Comme vous le savez, après le tremblement de terre, nous avons pu, mes enfants, mon Ă©poux et moi, quitter Gaziantep pour Ankara d'abord et maintenant Istanbul. Toutefois, la famille de mon Ă©poux est encore Ă Kahramanmaras, l'une des villes les plus touchĂ©es par le tremblement de terre. Comme beaucoup de sages personnes me l'ont dit, pouvoir se retirer nous donne l'occasion de mieux aider, en collectant de l'aide, par exemple. Je collecte donc en pensant Ă notre famille en premier lieu, et aussi Ă d'autres familles dans le besoin. Vous avez l'assurance absolue que tout sera donnĂ© et dĂ©pensĂ© pour eux, pour aider Ă surmonter cette Ă©preuve difficile.Â

PS : La photo accompagnant la cagnotte est le délicieux thé que notre aimable voisin à Ankara nous avait préparé à notre arrivée. Les jours suivants, il en fit autant. C'est cette bonté que je préfère représentée plutôt que des photos de dégâts ou autres tristesses...
