Maoudé raises her 6 children alone in Le Blanc-Mesnil, in a small apartment located on the 1st floor.
Two of her daughters, Kadidiatou (14 years) and Bintou (12 years), suffer from Morquio syndrome, a rare disease that affects growth, bones and mobility. They are in wheelchairs and need adapted housing. ♿️
For over 7 years, Maoudé has been requesting accessible housing close to their medical and school references. Despite all the steps taken, nothing has changed.
Every day, she has to carry her daughters and their wheelchairs up the stairs. This situation has severely damaged her back, but she continues, alone, to manage everything. 💔
This fundraiser aims to help Maoudé finally secure an adapted apartment or house, by raising the upfront payment required to move into the accommodation. 🏠
Maoudé is not asking for luxury.
She is simply asking for safe, dignified housing where her daughters can come and go without danger. 🤍
