Support the Festival Kassoumay of Cachouane
After the success of its first edition, the Festival Kassoumay returns to continue to celebrate and promote the culture of Cachouane, in Casamance. On April 5 and 6, 2026.
This festival is an important moment of meeting, sharing and the promotion of local traditions. It brings together residents, artists, young people and visitors around music, dance, cultural transmission and conviviality, while contributing to the social and economic development of the village.
To organize this new edition under good conditions, we are launching today a solidarity fundraiser. The funds collected will be used notably for:
festival logistics,
the reception of artists and guests,
the maintenance and cleanliness of the site,
and support for community projects in the village.
Every contribution, however modest, is precious. By supporting the Festival Kassoumay, you directly contribute to the preservation of local culture and to the dynamism of a committed, united and welcoming village.
