In memory of Tequila and Fjord: let’s protect the other residents of the UMPA shelter (Casablanca)
A few weeks ago, Tequila and Fjord, two young, lively female dogs we were sponsoring, lost their lives to diseases we could have prevented: dirofilariasis and ehrlichiosis.
Despite all the care provided by the veterinarians, it was already too late for them... Their passing broke our hearts… but it will not be in vain.
We are launching this fundraiser to protect the other dogs and cats at the shelter.
The goal: to fund vital preventive treatments – Scalibor collars, Nexgard and Droncit tablets and Stronghold pipettes – to prevent further tragedies.
We wish to send:
- 150 Scalibor collars
- 130 Nexgard tablets
- 190 Droncit tablets
- 150 Stronghold pipettes
Here are the unit prices:
- 1 Scalibor collar (6 months of protection against mosquitoes, ticks and sandflies) : 19,00 CHF / €**
- 1 Nexgard tablet (1 month of protection against ticks and fleas) : 18,00 CHF / €
- 2 Droncit tablets (3 months of deworming for a dog between 10 and 20kg ) : 3,60 CHF / €
- 1 pipette (1 month of protection for a cat against fleas and ticks) : 8,50 CHF / €
