The strike fund has been set up to financially support colleagues at the institution who have pay deductions when they exercise their right to strike as part of the mobilization against the proposed points-based pension reform.

Financial support will be allocated proportionally to the number of strikers, the total amount in the fund and each person's net salary. The strike fund is intended to support colleagues financially and not to fully compensate for strike days.
