Hello,
We are seven second-year students training to become specialized educators from the EPSS of Cergy Pontoise. As part of our training, we must carry out a collective project that will be implemented from May 15 to 20, 2017. Our project is to organize a cultural stay for people experiencing addiction. We have partnered with a residential therapeutic center of La Croix Rouge de Paris.
We want to give the participants the chance to get away for the duration of a stay outside their usual environment and to discover pleasures other than their harmful daily habits. In addition, we would like to support their self-esteem and socialization through different activities (visit of the Château de Villarceaux, hike, visit to the Musée du Pain, games...). We plan to go as a full team and take with us 5 participants plus two educators to help on site. We will therefore be 14 people leaving.
The money raised will be used for transport, accommodation, meals and educational activities.
In parallel with this fund, we are carrying out actions aimed at reaching the hoped-for budget (sales of items and food products, grants, raffle...). Whatever the amount of your contribution, by making a donation you become an important and effective link in the long chain of solidarity.
