Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you,
We are appealing to your generosity to help a family of six people (whom I know personally and whose situation I attest to), who are currently going through a particularly difficult financial situation.
This family is today weighed down by significant debts that they are no longer able to repay. Their situation is made all the more distressing because the mother is pregnant (high-risk pregnancy) and is due to give birth in a few weeks, which entails medical and delivery costs that they must also plan for.
In addition, the husband suffers from health problems that regularly require hospital visits, which makes their family and financial situation even harder to manage.
Initially, the goal is to be able to settle their debts (medical expenses for both parents and unpaid rents) and to plan for the delivery costs.
The required amount is approximately 5500€ (23k dirhams).
Allah ﷻ has mentioned among the beneficiaries of zakat those who are in debt and unable to pay their debts. Your zakat al-mâl can therefore, by the permission of Allah, be an immense cause of relief for this afflicted family.
We also remind you that there is no small donation with Allah. Every contribution, however modest, has immense value and, combined with the contributions of others, can help reach the goal and relieve this family during this particularly difficult period.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Save yourselves from the Fire, even if it be with half a date given in charity."
May Allah ﷻ abundantly reward everyone who will participate, relieve this family of its debts and difficulties, ease this mother's delivery, grant healing to the husband, accept your zakat and make your donations a source of blessings in this world and the Hereafter.
