Thanks to the help of Allah and your generosity, we were able to purchase the municipal plot of 7500m² in Brouaz which will host the new Religious and Cultural Center (Grande Mosquée d’Annemasse and Espace Culturel du Léman).
We are preparing the initial phases of studies and construction of this new space with our architect.
We wish to start the main construction phase as soon as possible; for this stage we need to raise 1 500 000 €.
This fund is accessible to everyone, with no need to create an account or register, and all Card payments are secure. If you cannot contribute financially, you can help us by sharing this fundraiser with your network and also by making Duas for the success of our project.
Project presentation
GMA is a new Muslim cultural space located in the heart of Annemasse. The space aims to create a living place that brings people together around values of sharing, solidarity and friendliness that are central to Islam. It intends to provide educational, social and cultural services and activities to the whole Annemasse region.
Origins of the project
Our team has been working on this project for nearly 20 years and is made up of major stakeholders from Muslim associations in the Annemasse urban area, both current and former. The final beneficiary of the fundraiser is the Grande Mosquée d'Annemasse.
What will the collected money be used for?
The money collected will be used for the implementation of the project * intended to meet the needs of our community. We plan to host language and religious schools, a co-working space as well as conference and seminar areas. Young people will have their own dedicated space and a sports hall will also be made available for the well-being* of the community.
Our objective
This project aims to build a mosque that will function as a community hub for the Muslim community of the Annemasse region. In addition to worship activities, it will offer social, cultural, solidarity and sporting activities, thus meeting needs that are often unmet in the area. The objective is to meet the needs of the community, to bring together more people and to create an environment of sharing and fulfillment.

Grace à un compromis de vente signé pour l'achat d'un terrain de 7500 m2 au prix de 660 000 €, le conseil municipal d'Annemasse a donné l'opportunité aux Musulmans de l'agglomération de construire un centre de vie. Il est situé rue du Brouaz à Annemasse.

L’espace a pour objectif de créer un lieu de vie qui rassemble les personnes autour de valeurs de partage, de solidarité et de convivialité qui sont au cœur de l'islam. Il souhaite fournir des services et des activités éducatives, sociales et culturelles à l’ensemble de la région d’Annemasse.
