MECACHROME Toulouse fighting for decent wages!
For years the management of MECACHROME, an aeronautics subcontractor, has refused to actually raise our wages. This group buys companies one after another, but still nothing for us. Yet the cost of living is increasingly high, particularly for workers and low wages. With this year's record inflation, resentment has spread and we have decided to fight for the pay increases we need.
Faced with management's contempt, which offers 2%, we are demanding €200 minimum and a 7% increase.
We have already mobilized through strikes several times to make ourselves heard and to influence the negotiations. So far management has not budged, and we know that to win our movement may have to be sustained over time.
Alone, it will be difficult for us to continue our struggle for long. That is why we are calling on your solidarity and launching this strike fund.
