Support hospitalized children through my participation in the Transatlanticway!
This year, I decided to take on the longest and most demanding cycling adventure I have ever participated in: the Transatlanticway! It is a fully self-supported event of 2400km and 23000m of positive elevation across the magnificent landscapes of Ireland. I will be one of the 65 participants in this 9th edition in 2024.
But this adventure is not just a personal challenge. I chose to use this opportunity to support a cause close to my heart: bringing support and joy to children with cancer who are hospitalized. That is why I set up an online fundraiser, with funds to be donated to FOR ROSE, an outstanding association dedicated to improving the daily lives of these children.
**
Why this cause?
**
Hospitalized children and their families go through very difficult times. FOR ROSE works tirelessly to bring smiles and a little comfort to these children by providing concrete daily support (every Euro is given to the hospital and helps improve the living conditions of the children and their parents).
How to participate?
• Make a donation: Every euro counts! Whether you give 1€, 5€, 20€ or more, every contribution is precious and will help transform these children’s lives.**
• Share: If you cannot donate, share this fundraiser with your friends, family, and colleagues. The more of us who support this cause, the more difference we can make.
• Follow my adventure: Stay tuned — I will add the GPS tracking link at the beginning of August so you can follow my progress during the race. I will also post updates about my preparation in July and early August on social media (Instagram, Facebook and Strava).
Together, we can bring a little light and hope into these children’s lives. Join me on this adventure!
