SOS COVID Daïra of Mekla

The Delta variant of COVID-19 has hit us full force without any warning.
The health situation is extremely alarming, particularly in the Mekla region which, lacking a hospital, is counting dozens of deaths.
Across all generations and ages, our families mourn every day relatives who are dying from suffocation due to a lack of sufficient oxygen supplies!
Since evacuating our patients to the EPH in Azazga is being done with improvised means, it is more urgent than ever to act.
We do not want to turn our villages into a cemetery; we no longer want to wake each day with the anxiety of the daily death list.
This fundraiser has been initiated by a group of collectives and village representatives of the Daïra of Mekla in France, and its goal is to finance concentrators and an oxygen plant intended for the DJEMAA SAHARIDJ polyclinic and the clinics of the Mekla region.
Let's act!
Citizens of the Daïra of Mekla (Mekla, Aït-Khellili and Souama), the time to act is now.
Let's mobilize to overcome this epidemic.
Not a single one of us should lose their life due to lack of oxygen.
Let's unite our efforts and contribute together to this fundraiser which will benefit our region.
A representative committee of the 3 communes of our Daïra will be set up in parallel to use these funds for the benefit of each citizen of the Daïra of Mekla.
Our region must come out of its medical desert and we must respond to the suffering of our people who worry every day.
Let's protect ourselves and together we will defeat this virus.
We must do something!

La polyclinique de Djemaa Saharidj a bien réceptionné 10 concentrateurs d'oxygène 10 litres, 10 oxymètres de pouls, 5 lits médicalisés et un camion de produits de protection anti-Covid.
Grâce à vos efforts, SOS COVID-MEKLA a pu réaliser l'achat et l'envoi de ce précieux matériel.
Ainsi nous informons les citoyens de la Daïra de Mekla, de leurs mise en service et disponibilité depuis le 08/08/2021
Une prochaine commande de 10 concentrateurs d'oxygène 10 litres est déjà passé, 5 concentrateurs arriveront au plus tard le 12/08 et 5 autres courant de la semaine prochaine.
Soyons solidaire pour sauver le maximum de vie.

Un premier envoi de 10 concentrateurs d'oxygène à été effectué ce vendredi 06.08 en direction de la daira de mekla, en souhaitant que ce matériel arrive dans les plus brefs délais.
D'autres commandes sont en cours de négociation .
