π 19,000 orphaned children. 10,000 mothers killed. In these sacred days of Dhul Hijja, let us respond to the call of the orphans of Gaza.
Since October, Gaza has been living through hell. Bombs have destroyed homes, schools, hospitals⦠but they have also shattered thousands of families.
π―οΈ According to the UN, more than 10,000 women have been killed in Gaza since the start of the war. Among them, 6,000 were mothers.
And behind each of these women, there was a life to love, to comfort, to raise.
Today, 19,000 children find themselves orphaned.
Some saw their mother die under the rubble.
Others didn't even have time to say goodbye.
They now live in a world where innocence no longer exists.
A world without shelter, without human warmth, without security.
They sleep outside. They cry in silence. They grow up too fast, in fear and want.
π’ What does childhood under the bombs look like?
Pieces of bread as the only meal.
A tent, sometimes even nothing, as a refuge.
Memories of play erased by the sound of the strikes.
The absence of a hug. Of a look. Of a reassuring presence.
And despite everything, they survive.
They hold on. They hope.
They have nothing left⦠but they still have us.
π In these blessed days of Dhul Hijjaβ¦ each donation can rewrite a destiny.
